ENERGY EFFICIENCY
We aim to achieve on every property an A rated EPC to keep running costs as low as possible. Wherever possible our properties will have solar, battery storage, air source heats pumps and smart water tanks installed as a base specification.
YOUR INDIVIDUAL VISION
Uniquely, due to our small size, we can offer the opportunity to choose your own finishes. We provide a completely bespoke kitchen design service. Nick's wife Claire, who has 30 years of experience as a kitchen designer, will collaborate with you to create your desired kitchen.
Each project has a budget and specification for finishes, and we will share this information with you depending on the timing of the purchase. This gives you the option to upgrade or change finishes according to your preferences.
AFTERCARE
The small number of homes we build are constructed to a very high standard. After completing each house, we meticulously inspect every property to address any missed issues.
Additionally, we will invite you to personally inspect the property with us before completion to ensure your satisfaction. Typically, we already have a close working relationship with our buyers, as many of them want to make changes to specifications and layouts during the building process.
WARRENTY
Your home comes with a 10-year Warranty.
Years 0-2
The defects period is covered directly by ourselves. Any defect in materials or workmanship will be corrected by ourselves in a timely manner.
For the avoidance of doubt, normal shrinkage, drying out, condensation, general wear and tear, and accidental damage are not regarded as defects.
Years 3-10.
Your new home is covered by a 3rd party structural warranty, the provider of which will have inspected the property at key stages of construction in addition to building control inspections. Providers such as ICW or NHBC are typically the 3rd party providers we use. We do not however stand behind ‘small print’ and are here to assist and resolve any issues at any time.
Acquisition
We are always looking for small sites for up to 10 houses either with or without planning.

We construct only a small amount of properties each year, most of which are sold ‘off plan’. We are therefore able to cater for purchasers individual requirements both in layout and specification.
Uniquely we have an inhouse kitchen designer of 30 years experience who can design totally bespoke kitchens and colour schemes.

Funding and Investment
WH Ltd is a privately funded business without excessive gearing. We have a close relationship with Hampshire Trust Bank who partner us on most of our projects. We do have a small number of outside investors who co-invest with us in individual projects. If an investment might be of interest we would be happy to sit down and discuss options.
